Application for attendance

　After confirming the application guidelines, please write in red on the envelope table "Shimonoseki City University Recurrent Education Center Application Documents are available" and send it to the address below by simple registered mail.

Notification of selection

　After selecting the documents, you will be notified of the results of the selection.

Procedures for attending the course

　The tuition transfer form will be sent to the address indicated on the application form, so please transfer the tuition by the deadline.

Course guidance

　For those who have confirmed the payment of the tuition fee, we will send you a student ID card and a course guide (online class manual).
　If you are taking the course online, please prepare equipment etc. by the start of the course according to the manual.

Start of course

　The attendance status will be confirmed for each lecture.
　(4 lectures will be held four times)
