Protecting the health of local residents
Contribute to the development of the entire region

People living in the area can continue to live in their own areas where they are accustomed to living as much as possible. To that end, there is a need for human resources who can protect the health of local residents and contribute to the development of the community together.

Shimonoseki City University plans to open a Faculty of Nursing (tentative name, under application for installation approval) in April 2025 to train such nursing professionals.

• Have the basic academic skills necessary to learn nursing, and have learning habits
• You can listen to people and think and express them logically.
• They are interested in people and society and build good relationships.
• Being able to learn with coordination aspiring to become a nursing profession.
• There is a desire to contribute to the health and medical welfare of Shimonoseki and surrounding areas

I would like these people to acquire the necessary skills to play a role in the future of the region at our university. We look forward to those who want to learn, cooperate and collaborate while snuggling up to the health of the people in the Shimonoseki and Kanmon areas.
