Department of International Commerce 3rd year (as of April 1, 2024)

Ayaka Mizukawa (from Kurashiki Minami High School, Okayama Prefectural)

I wanted to be able to play an active role overseas in the future, so I decided to become a Department of International Commerce where I could study the economy from a global perspective. I was thinking about studying abroad, so it was also attractive to focus on international exchange and dispatch study abroad. In terms of learning, English classes are characteristic. I am able to take classes tailored to the individual level in small classes, and I am studying while working hard with students of the same level. In addition, classes such as English and basic exercises have many opportunities for presentations, and I feel that the presentation skills have improved with the number of times.
Seminars belong to seminars on the theme of "behavioral economics" and "neuroeconomics". Behavioral economics is a discipline in which various fields ranging from psychology, economics, and brain science are fused, and the style of conducting classes through experiments. I chose it because I thought it was a content that I couldn't learn elsewhere. The future goal is to achieve the desired study abroad program while balancing learning and activities on the track and field. I want to improve my English skills and become a person who can work internationally.
