About office hours

In order to respond to questions and consultations related to classes, office hours are set up during the lecture period and the laboratory is open. Feel free to visit the laboratory.
The date and time and method of implementation are posted on the Shirabas, the entrance of each laboratory, and in front of Educational Affairs Divisiton.
Contact information is posted on Shirababus, so please refer to it.
In addition, please note the following:

1. Office hours of the week and waiting times are posted at the entrance of each laboratory. Teachers are supposed to be in the laboratory during the posted waiting time. You may be absent after the waiting time.
2. Some teachers may be required to contact us in advance. Be sure to check the details, and if you need to make a reservation, please contact the contact in advance with sufficient time.
3. If the teacher is absent during office hours, Educational Affairs Divisiton can also contact the teacher. Please let me know at the Educational Affairs Divisiton window.
4. Office hours are the minimum time for students to keep in touch with teachers. You may visit the teacher's laboratory outside of office hours, but be aware that you may be absent.
