Rules of Assistance and Assistance

Supporters' Association Rules

Amendment June 12, 2016

(Name)
Article 1 This association shall be referred to as the Shimonoseki City University Supporters Association.
(Office)
Article 2 This association has its office as Shimonoseki City University (hereinafter referred to as "university"). Put it inside.
(Objective)
Article 3 The purpose of this association is to support the university's educational business.
(Business)
Article 4 This meeting shall carry out the following business to achieve the purpose of the preceding Article.
 (1) Assistance for students' study and welfare guidance
 (2) Aid for Expanding Books and Facilities
 (3) Assistance for teachers in research
 (4) Other matters necessary for education
 (Members)
Article 5 This association shall be organized with the parents of university students. However, parents of foreign students are excluded.
 (Executive Officers)
Article 6 The Board shall have the following officers:
 (1) 1 Chairman
 (2) Two Vice Chairmans
 (3) Several Directors
 (4) Two auditors
 (5) Several clerk
 (6) Several advisors
 (Operating Officers)
Article 7 The duties of officers shall be as follows:
 (1) The chairman presides over the affairs and represents the Society.
 (2) The Vice-President assists the President and, if the President has an accident, substitutes his duties.
 (3) Directors shall form a board of directors and manage the meeting.
 (4) The auditor audits the accounting.
 (5) The secretary is responsible for accounting and general affairs.
 (6) Advisors will respond to consultations from the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.
 (Method of appointing officers)
Article 8 Officers shall be appointed by the following method:
 (1) The President and Vice Chairman are elected by the Board of Directors from among the directors and those who have been in the position.
 (2) The directors will be elected from among the members, and a few members will be commissioned by the chairman from university teachers.
 (3) The auditor is elected from among the members.
 (4) The secretary shall be appointed by the president.
 (5) Advisors shall be appointed by the President upon recommendation of the Board of Directors.
 (Term of Directors)
Article 9 The term of an officer shall be one year. However, this does not prevent reappointment.
(Meeting)
Article 10 The meeting shall be the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.
Article 11 The General Assembly shall be held once a year at the beginning of the school year. Provided, however, that if the Board of Directors deems it necessary, an extraordinary general meeting may be held.
2.The General Assembly shall carry out the following:
 (1) Decision on budget deliberation
 (2) Approval of Financial Statements
 (3) Appointment of Directors
 (4) Changes in the rules of association
 (5) Report of Business Operations
 (6) Deliberation decision on other necessary matters
Article 12 The Board of Directors shall consist of the chairman, vice chairman, and directors, and shall be convened by the President as needed.
2.Matters to be referred to the General Assembly must be approved by the Board of Directors in advance.
Article 13 Decisions and approvals of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors require the approval of a majority of the attendees.
(Accounting)
Article 14 These expenses shall be paid by the following income:
 (1) Membership fee
 (2) Donations
 (3) Miscellaneous income and interest
2.The membership fee set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be 52,000 yen for the enrollment period, and shall be paid at the beginning of enrollment. In addition, the membership fee once paid will not be refunded.
3.The fiscal year of this association shall be from April 1 of each year to March 31 of the following year.
 
Supplementary Provisions This constitution shall come into effect as of April 1, 1972.
Supplementary Provisions This Code shall come into effect as of May 31, 1998.
Supplementary Provisions This Terms shall come into effect on June 12, 2016.
 

Supporters' Association Support Rules

Amendment on July 9, 2023

(Objective)
Article 1 The purpose of these regulations is to determine necessary matters concerning their handling based on the provisions of Article 4 of the Shimonoseki City University Supporters Association Rules.
(Target)
Article 2 Those who are subject to this regulation shall be students enrolled in Shimonoseki City University and organizations organized by students.
 (Assistance method)
Article 3 Assistance shall be provided within the budget of Shimonoseki City University Supporters' Association.
2. The person requesting the aid shall apply with a receipt attached to the prescribed application form. However, if the preceding paragraph is not possible for justifiable reasons, a rough estimate of the aid can be requested and settled.
 (Recognition business)
Article 4 Individuals or organizations who have participated in the following various competitions (physical education and culture) and have achieved excellent results, along with a certificate of commendation by the name of the Shimonoseki City University Supporters Association, and honor their honor. .
However, in the case of individual awards, it will be issued only if the qualification is obtained as a representative after qualifying and selection for the area including Shimonoseki, and other games will be reduced by half.

2.On the day of the graduation ceremony, a certificate of commendation by the name of the Shimonoseki City University Supporters' Association will be attached to those who have performed lifesaving, preventing disasters, and performing other good deeds, and who have been commended by a public organization or equivalent to this. Give a ticket (equivalent to 10,000 yen).
 (International Exchange Assistance Program)
Article 5 A part of the expenses will be provided to Shimonoseki City University International Exchange Project. (approximately 3,500 thousand yen)
 
(Welfare Assistance Program)
Article 6 A part of the expenses will be provided for the following events held by student groups every year.
 (1) To the University Festival Executive Committee approximately 800 thousand yen
 (2) A total of 7,000 thousand yen to club activities certified club activities
 (3) Alumni Celebration Party Alumni Association approximately 2,200 yen per graduate
2.Exemption payments will be made to those who fall under the following items. However, this does not apply to cases where the student is deemed to have serious negligence.
 (1) When a student dies. 30,000 yen
 (2) When the house where the student resides has been severely damaged by a disaster such as a storm or flood, earthquake, or fire. 20,000 yen
 (3) If a student needs treatment due to injury during regular classes, extracurricular activities, or at university-sponsored events, the following categories shall be applied.
①When treatment for 3 months or more is required    20,000 yen
②10,000 yen when treatment for one month or more and less than three months is required
3.Provide assistance and benefits to students' qualifications while attending school.
(1) Regarding the examination fee required to obtain the qualifications listed in Appendix 1 for each exam, we will support the amount corresponding to the qualification. However, assistance is limited to twice a year per person.
(2) A reward will be paid to those who have acquired the qualifications listed in Appendix 2 according to the qualifications.
4.On the day of the graduation ceremony, a certificate of commendation by the name of the Shimonoseki City University Supporters' Association will be attached to those who have volunteered and commended by a public institution or an equivalent organization or organization or organization equivalent thereto. 5.If you participate as a university in a public participation event sponsored by the city or pay subsidies or contributions as a university, we will support 1,000 yen (up to 30 people) per participant.
6.If a group or individual participates in events of various off-campus expeditions (contests based on the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 1 approved by the Federation of Sports Associations and Associations), a part of the expenses will be supported.
 (1) The following travel expenses will be provided to the leading faculty and staff. (1 person)
 (2) Assistance for domestic expeditions shall be 1/2 of the following travel expenses. However, the upper limit per person is 25,000 yen for the national tournament, 10,000 yen for the Chinese and West Japan Games, and 5,000 yen for the Yamaguchi Prefectural Games, and the maximum is 30 people for the large tournament. 
①Fares are domestic ordinary (student discount) railway fares and limited express fares (however, when traveling 100 km or more one way)
②The accommodation fee is within 10,000 yen per person.
 (3) Assistance for expeditions
① 50,000 yen per person
② 20,000 yen per group (up to 10 people)
7.If you go on a seminar training trip under the guidance of a teacher, you will receive up to 1,500 yen per person, and accommodation training will be within 5,000 yen per person (attached to a facility use certificate).
 (Employment Assistance Program)
Article 7 In order to facilitate job hunting, we will actively promote consultation services, various employment briefings, and company visit activities.
 (Other assistance)      
Article 8 In addition to what is provided for in these regulations, if necessary matters concerning assistance arises, the chairman shall hear and decide on the opinion of the vice chairman and report it to the next board of directors and general meetings (including extraordinary general meetings). .

Article 9 If there is a change in these regulations, it will be deliberated at the General Assembly with the approval of the Board of Directors.
