About Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship

Scholarships of the Japan Student Services Organization are loaned and paid as financial resources to excellent students who have difficulty studying for financial reasons. In the case of lending, they must be returned after completion. Hmm.
The following table shows the types of scholarships and monthly fees. (Table 3) is the monthly amount of the first-class scholarship when the benefit scholarship and the first-class scholarship (interest-free loan) are used together. Payment will be adjusted according to the support category. If you are not eligible due to the review of the support category, the scholarship scholarship will be suspended and the monthly amount of the first-class scholarship will be transferred.

About application method

Application methods for the Japan Student Services Organization scholarship include "reservation recruitment", "recruitment at school", and "recruitment of household sudden change". The application time, procedures, and reception desks are different. If you would like to lend or receive a scholarship, please apply as follows.

Reservation recruitment

Application before university entrance "before"

This system allows you to apply for (reservation) before you enter university. You can apply even if you don't decide where to go to school. If you wish, please contact the high school you are enrolled in the year before you go to school.
Those who have been hired by reservation recruitment (candidates) will be officially decided to be hired by submitting a notification of enrollment after entering university.

Recruitment of students at school

Application for "after university entrance"

This is a system in which you can apply after entering university. We are recruiting in early April. Unfortunately, those who are rejected due to reservation can apply again. If you wish, please submit the required documents (see below) to the university.
Please note that this university holds a briefing for prospective applicants in early April, so be sure to participate.

Documents required for application after university entrance "after university" (the required documents vary depending on the year and application details. Please check the details at the time of application. )

  1. Confirmation letter (and consent form)
  2. Original of Scala net input draft form (filled in contents)
  3. Copy of scalal net input draft form (filled in contents) (copy of 2)
  4. A copy of the bankbook (cover, etc.) of the scholarship transfer account (student name)
  5. Proof of income (applicable persons only)
  6. Certificates of high schools, etc. (benefit-type applicants, loan-type applicants, first-year students, third-year transfer students, and loan applicants for combined use)
  7. Proof of special deduction (applicable persons only)
  8. Application form for special loan scholarship at admission (for applicants only)
  9. Certificates of attending school outside of home (only for those who apply for scholarship scholarships)

Decrease in household income

Emergency application…Reduction of scholarships and tuition fees

This system applies when households suddenly change due to unforeseen reasons and urgent support is required before the income situation after the sudden change is reflected in resident tax information.
