Requests for disclosure of performance

We will disclose the results of the admission test to those who take the Shimonoseki City University entrance examination in 2023.
The disclosure request period must arrive from May 15 (Mon) to May 31 (Wed), 2023.

Billing Method

In the case of window

Please submit the following 12 at Admission Division (Main Building I Building II).

①: Performance Disclosure Invoices
※You can also give your invoice at the Admission Division counter.
②: Our university admission ticket

In the case of mailing

Please mail the following 123 to Admission Division.
Please write "Request for disclosure of entrance examination results" in red on the envelope surface.

If you lose your admission ticket, you can substitute the university admission test ticket (original) for the university entrance exam.
③: Reply envelope (Long form No. 3, stamping for 434 yen, address specified)

Notes

Only the examinee can make a claim.
If the documents are incomplete, we will not be able to accept them.
If you have taken multiple selections, please submit a grade disclosure request for each selection.
However, only one envelope for submission and reply is acceptable.

Receiving method

It will be issued after the end of the disclosure request period.

In the case of window

It will be delivered in Admission Division.
Please bring your ID card (student ID, driver's license, etc.) to verify your identity.

In the case of mailing

I will return it with your admission ticket in a reply envelope.
※In case of insufficient stamps, etc., we will return them by Yu-Packet cash on delivery.

(Those who use the 3-sector aspirations system are ranked first and total score)

※We do not disclose any of the following:

The ranking of those who have entered the application procedure at another university before the announcement of the pass
The ranking of the 2nd and 3rd aspiring subjects for those who have used the 3rd department appointment system
The ranking of those who have been subject to special consideration and total score
