[Important] Student schedule, course registration, and admission to campus.

Based on the decisions made by the Shimonoseki City University Crisis Response Headquarters, we will inform students as follows.

<Updated April 16>
[Important] To the students
Student schedule, course registration, and admission to campus

The following contents announced on April 10 have been partially changed due to the fact that registration of courses can be carried out from outside the university. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by repeated changes, but please check again.

1.About the Academic Affairs Schedule

Classes will begin on May 11 (Monday).

Classes will begin on May 18th (Monday). In addition, the trial period will be from Monday, May 11 to Friday, May 15 for remote classes, so please make various preparations. (Details of preparations to be implemented during the trial period will be announced separately.)

2.Registration for Courses

The registration period is from Tuesday, April 21 to May 1 (Friday).
The date and time and method of registration will vary depending on the grade.

We have made it possible to register from outside the university on a trial basis instead of using the computer training room in the university (conventional method), so please log in to the "Campusmate-J" site by yourself. Accordingly, the registration period will be from Thursday, May 7 to May 13 (Wednesday).

3.How to class

In principle, all classes to be held in the spring semester of 2020 will be remote.
Information on remote guidance will be provided separately.

4.(For new first-year students) About placement test

The placement test scheduled for Tuesday, April 14 will be canceled.
With the cancellation, we will conduct alternative tests for some students.

5.Access to facilities on campus

Admission to the campus is prohibited, regardless of whether it is indoors or outdoors, except for procedures that require registration and contact procedures (such as scholarship deadlines).
