As a leader in policy finance, we want to support our customers’ dreams and contribute to society.
Kaede Yoshitake
Sir
YOSHITAKE Kaede Faculty of Economics Department of Economics graduated in 2021
Born in Yamaguchi Prefectural Onoda High School
When I was in school, I belonged to a seminar that studied business administration and management strategy. During my seminar activities, I learned about the business contents of the Japan Finance Corporation, and felt attractive about its role as a policy financial institution, its high publicity, and its impact on society, so I chose it as a place of employment. Currently, as a loan reviewer, we are working to support customers. The knowledge of economics, business administration, financial theory, etc. learned at university is used as the basis for work. In particular, "Three Basic Strategies," "5Forces Analysis," and "PPM Matrix" in business administration are a strong weapon for corporate analysis.
As a person in charge, I feel rewarding when I realize that my value and impact on my customers are increasing as I work every day. It is a real pleasure that we can support and support customers' dreams and future growth through support for startups and startups. In order to further improve the level as a person in charge, I would like to take on the challenge of acquiring qualifications such as SME consultants, support small and medium-sized businesses and small businesses as an expert in loan screening, and contribute to society. I think.

My job is to sell marketing that allows us to realize our social contribution.
Kazuki Okamoto
Sir
OKAMOTO Kazuki Faculty of Economics graduated from Department of International Commerce in 2014
Born in Yamaguchi Prefectural Otsu High School
Currently, I am involved in the sales and marketing of lighting fixtures and electrical materials (switch outlets, etc.) products at a base in Thailand. In our daily operations, we anticipate market trends from both macro and micro perspectives, and formulate sales plans and sales policies. When making important decisions in decision-making, I think that the ability to theoretically think about the relationship between society and money cultivated through learning in Faculty of Economics is utilized.
I feel the satisfaction of my work when I have achieved sales and planning goals. As the head of the department, I share joy with the members. In addition, I travel all over Thailand every month, but it feels great reward when I see how our products are sold at stores around the country. It is a moment when I feel good to get this job, with a large scale of business and a high degree of contribution to society. I am currently studying organizational management and finance with a view to the future. I envision a future where we will take on the challenge of further growth of our overseas business while demonstrating leadership as a management leader.

Ayano Hasa
Sir
HIASA Ayano Faculty of Economics Department of Public Management graduated in 2020
Born in Ehime Prefectural Imabari Nishi High School
Since I graduated from high school, I had wanted to find a job in my local Ehime prefecture. The reason I chose Ehime Prefecture staff was because when I entered Shimonoseki City University, I reaffirmed the charm of Ehime Prefecture. The main reason was that people from Ehime Prefecture wanted to work on creating a city where they wanted to return from outside the prefecture or want to live forever. Currently, the Industrial Policy Division is involved in supporting overseas expansion of companies in the prefecture, developing overseas sales channels for prefectural products, and managing and operating prefectural facilities. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we held an online sake brewery tour to introduce locally brewed sake in Ehime to people from Australia, and it was rewarding to receive high praise. Looking back on my student days, I recall the on-the-job training that I worked on in class and workshops on the theme of local issues. I had many opportunities to analyze issues and think about ways to solve them, and I was able to develop the ability to think objectively and broadly from a broad perspective. This ability was able to be used to solve various issues after joining the agency. Looking ahead to further industrial development, we are taking the Hangul Proficiency Test and taking on the challenge of obtaining the “Sake Diploma Certification” in order to convey the appeal of the prefectural locally brewed sake.
