The second leadership training was held on February 10, 2021 (Thursday).

　Leadership training is held twice a year to learn about what is necessary for running club activities, and this year, the second time this year, the online conference app was held for student groups and circle leaders and subleaders.

　With little activity for a year due to the influence of COVID-19, about 80 students who took over the role of leaders and subleaders participated and learned about the fundamental theme of "Extracurricular activities at university" and important ways of thinking and communication for maintaining extracurricular activities under "Student autonomy".

　At the end of the training, a check sheet to check the status of handovers at each group and circle was issued as an issue, and the participating students are once again taking over from seniors regarding the operation of student groups and circles.
