A briefing session for scholarship recruitment of the Japan Student Services Organization (recruited in April) will be held as follows.

　　　　※Deadline for Documents to be Submitted: Friday, June 9 17:00 Strict adherence

Location: B-303 Classroom (3rd floor of Lecture Block B)

Target: Applicants who have submitted a notice of enrollment by April 6 and have received the first transfer of scholarship on April 21.

Bringing items: Student ID card and writing instruments

Contents: Distribution of scholarship student certificates, return pledges, etc., and explanation of future procedures.

※A briefing session will be held on a separate schedule for students who have submitted (entered) a notice of enrollment after April 7 and those who are applying for enrollment.
