　　　・Documents (original, required) that can prove the income of all persons listed on the documents proving the household composition
　　　・Certificate of enrollment status and tuition exemption status (only required students submitted)
　　　・Application Form for Tuition Fee Payment, etc. (Submit only required students)
　　　　※Please submit if the required documents are not in time for the submission deadline due to the situation of the country or national rules.
