1.Recruitment of emergency special interest-free loan type scholarships
◆Requirements of the Target (persons who meet all of the following 1-5)
- Meet the criteria for Class 2 scholarships (person, academic ability, household budget)
- Those who have not received the Type 2 Scholarship at the time of recruitment (Not eligible for Class 2 Scholarship Reservation Recruitment in FY2022 and who are scheduled to be recruited by submitting a notification of enrollment.)
- Have not received a large amount of remittance from home (the amount of remittance is not more than 1.5 million yen per year)
- High proportion of part-time job income to living expenses and tuition expenses
- Part-time income of students decreased significantly due to the impact of the expansion of COVID-19 infection.
(Part-time job income decreased by more than 50% in fiscal 2022 due to the expansion of COVID-19 infection, mainly due to the inclusion of the “declaration of a state of emergency” and “Priority Measures to Prevent Spread”. I couldn't get the expected income because I didn't pay for my planned part-time job.
◆Start of loan: In accordance with the application of "declaration of a state of emergency" or "Priority Measures for Prevention of Spread", select the desired month after the month when part-time job income declined significantly (from April 2022).
◆End of loan: Until March 2023 (the loan will be available only for FY2022)

2.Recruitment of Class 2 scholarships for those who are enrolled beyond the expected graduation period
◆Requirements of the Target (persons who meet all of the following 1-4)
- Those who meet the criteria for Class 2 scholarships (person, academic ability, household budget)
- Those who have not received the Type 2 Scholarship at the time of recruitment
- Those who are forced to attend school beyond the period of study due to the cancellation of job offer or the inability to decide where to work due to the influence of COVID-19 infection. (Those who are enrolled beyond the expected graduation period due to reasons other than the influence of COVID-19 infection are not eligible.
- A person whose principal recognizes the need for extending the enrollment period beyond the expected graduation period and lending scholarships

◆End of loan: As a general rule, the expected graduation period (up to one year)

3.Recruitment of Class 2 Scholarships for Leave Students
◆Requirements of the Target (persons who meet all of the following 1-4)
- Those who meet the criteria for Type 2 scholarships (person, academic ability, household budget) (Those who have received a Type 1 scholarship loan must meet the criteria for combined lending)
- Those who have not received the Type 2 Scholarship at the time of recruitment
- Those who are or are planning to take part in activities such as taking a leave of absence during FY2022 and participating in volunteer activities (double-track learning) due to the influence of COVID-19 infection
- The school principal recognizes that the activities during the leave period are meaningful, such as "social contribution activities", "plus in the major field", "helping the formation of one's own human beings", and the necessity of lending scholarships.
◆Start of loan: (April 2022 to September 2022) during the leave period
◆End of loan: As a general rule, the expected graduation period (the loan period during the leave period is up to one year)

4.Continued loan of Type 2 scholarships for students on leave of absence (support after recruitment)

- Those who have received a Type 2 Scholarship Loan in FY2022
- Taking advantage of the expansion of the COVID-19 infection, those who take a leave of absence during FY2022 and participate in volunteer activities (double-track learning)
