Regarding the procedure for continuing to certify tuition reduction for recipients of the Japan Student Services Organization New System Benefit Scholarship (only for those hired in June and July 2020)

Recipients of the Japan Student Services Organization New System Benefit Scholarship (approved in June and July) are also eligible for tuition reduction. In order to reduce tuition fees, it is necessary to continue the certification twice a year. Please submit the application documents related to the continuation by the deadline as described below.

[Documents to be submitted]	①	Form 1 Application for continuation of certification of eligible tuition reduction under the Act on Support for Study at Universities ➜[Example of Form 1 entry]
	②	Form 2 Application Form for Tuition Fee Payment, etc. ➜[Example of Form 2 Entry]
[Notes]	Please apply to postpone the payment of tuition fees until February 26, 2021 using the application form for tuition fees in Form 2 above. Therefore, tuition fees cannot be paid separately.
