If you are a student who can come to the school, please come to the Student Support Group within the window distribution period.
If you have not received it during the window distribution period, we will mail the documents to the guardian's address.

Window distribution period: June 1 (Mon) to June 5 (Fri), 2020 (weekdays 8:30 to 17:15).

　Location　：Student support group window (1st floor, 2nd floor, 1st floor, Main Building I)

Target person　：Those who have completed the loan in March 2020 (those who have been "declined" or "discontinued" in the eligibility procedure)
　　　　　　　A person who has submitted a transfer request (notification) and has completed the loan

Items brought in　：Student ID card

　Contents　：About registration of return confirmation slip, scholarship refund account

Document submission deadline: Until 17:00 on June 26, 2020 (Fri)
