#Scholarships

New system for studying higher education For those who applied in the fall of 2019 and received a scholarship in April (for 2nd to 4th graders)

Those who applied for a new system for studying higher education in the fall of 2019 and were hired as a result of the examination, the scholarship will be transferred to the designated account on April 21 (Tuesday).

Confirm the transfer of the benefit scholarship, and if you are hired, please submit a “Status Report”. The "Status Report" will be submitted (entered) from Scalarnet Personal.
The student support group has sent an e-mail about "Submission of Status Report" to the address of [s Student ID number @ ~], so please check the procedure.
About the procedure for submitting the “Status Report (and Notification of Change of School Form)” 

Deadline for submitting “Status Report”: Monday, May 25, 2020

After submitting the status report, the relevant student must submit a certificate of commuting outside of home.
Please print out the submission form and attach a copy of the lease agreement for the apartment etc. and submit it.

※If the deadline is passed, please contact the Student Support Team in advance. 
※The procedures after submitting the status report will be announced on the website.  
※If you have not received any loan or payment of the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship and have not yet registered Scalanet Personal, you will need to register a new one.
