　Shimonoseki City University has decided to cancel the 55th diploma and diploma award ceremony.

We decided to cancel the ceremony in light of the current situation in which the COVID-19 infection spreads throughout Japan and the opinion of the government's Council of Experts on Countermeasures for Countermeasures against COVID-19 infection that young people, who are very low, could play an important role in spreading the disease without realizing it.

　Considering the feelings of graduates, graduates, and parents, it is a feeling of intestines, but please understand that we have made such a decision with the highest priority on ensuring everyone's safety. Thank you for your cooperation.

　The method of conferring diplomas and diplomas will be mailed.

　In addition, the 59th entrance ceremony scheduled for April 6, 2020 (Monday) will be posted on this website as soon as it is determined based on the future situation.
