Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Scholarship Program 2019.
A briefing will be held as follows, so please be sure to attend if you wish.

1.Target person
　　Those who wish to lend scholarships from FY2019
　※For new students who have already decided to lend scholarships at high schools, etc., reservations are made at 14:30.
　　Please participate in the recruitment briefing.

2.Date and time
　Wednesday, April 3, 2019 13:30-14:30

3.Venue
　B-303 Classroom (3rd floor of Lecture Block B)

4.Required documents
　(1)For those who wish to receive scholarships (booklet)
　(2)Student ID card
　　※New students will be distributed during the placement test that will be held on the morning of the day.
　　Don't forget to bring it with you.
　　※For more information, please contact the Student Support Group.

5.Documents required at the time of application
　(1)Confirmation Form and Consent Form for Handling Personal Credit Information
　(2)Scalarnet input draft paper (original + copy)
　　※⑴⑵It is sandwiched between "For those who wish to receive scholarships".
　(3)Copy of bankbook of scholarship transfer account (page which shows account number, branch number, etc.)
　(4)My Number Submission Documents (Principal / Parent)　
　　※Submit directly to the Japan Student Services Organization (mailed by simple registered mail)
　(5)Proof of income (parents/applicable persons only)
　(6)High school transcript (only for first-year students who wish to apply for first-year scholarships)
　(7)Certificate of special deduction (only applicable persons)
　(8)Application documents for special increase loan scholarship at the time of admission (only for applicants)

6． Notes
　　※Documents with your personal number (My Number) cannot be received at the school counter.
　　Please note that does not do it.
　　※Depending on the status of submission of documents at the time of application, additional documents such as a resident's card will be required at a later date.
　　There is a problem.
