Current research themes
[Analysis of comprehensive phenotype data of mouse using statistics and machine learning]
Overview: To date, we have been using phenotype data (health data) of experimental animal mice to "present a reference data set of relationships between phenotypes through association analysis" and "development of quantitative expression methods for the degree of male and female mice with gradient boosting decision trees". In the future, we will use health and business data to conduct research and consulting using statistics and machine learning.
