Active attitudes and initiatives that led to many business negotiations

Theme: Business negotiation support at international food business meetings

Seven second and third graders participated in the international food business meeting, and publicized and negotiated food in Shimonoseki City. For this day, we spent six months conducting interviews and company tours as product research to deepen our understanding of products, and devised ways to convey the appeal of products in our own words. The team worked together with the team, such as creating posters mainly for the second graders, creating business meeting materials mainly for the third graders, and thinking about displays and designs that would catch buyers' eye.

Through this activity, I realized that depending on my way of communicating, it will lead to the development of new sales channels for companies. In addition, active communication and initiatives, such as making appointments to companies and listening to actual voices, were experiences that I could use when I became a member of society. With the goal of becoming a staff member of Shimonoseki City Hall, I would like to continue to act positively without forgetting this attitude.
