After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, Mr. Akabane worked for Komatsu Ltd., completed a master's course at Stanford University, joined McKinsey & Company, and was involved in consulting on management strategies for many companies. Was. In particular, he has been active globally, including launching the McKinsey Seoul Office from scratch, engaging in the management reform of the LG Group, and supporting its breakthrough. After retiring from McKinsey, he held venture management support, management reform consulting for mid-sized and large companies, and held many lectures and seminars on careers at Breakthrough Partners Co., Ltd., which was co-founded, and at the same time as a member of the study group of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. He has been active widely.
