▸Naming Rights Recruitment Flyer 

　In order to improve the educational and research environment of the University, Shimonoseki City University recruits corporations wishing to become naming rights partners of facilities owned by the University as follows with the aim of securing new financial resources for the future and promoting the expansion of self-income.

Overview of Naming Rights

　You can give nicknames to facilities and other property of the University, and place advertisements using company names, trademark names, corporate logos, symbols, etc.
　We have a "property specific type" that identifies facilities and conducts open recruitment, and a "proposal recruitment type" that always waits for proposals, so one of the advertising PR tools such as advertising promotion of corporate activities and recruitment Please consider it by all means.

About type of naming rights, fee and application method

１. Property-specific type

　OIST will identify the target facilities, present necessary matters related to the recruitment of naming rights fees, agreement periods, etc., and conduct a public offering. Please see "Application Guidelines" and "Appendix" for application method, target facilities and desired amount.

２. "Proposal recruitment type"

　We receive a proposal for naming rights both inside and outside the building (such as the entrance of the classroom) and conclude an agreement.
　Prices are set according to the size of the panel. In addition, it covers all property except property under the naming rights partner agreement and property that is being publicly offered in the property specific type. Please refer to "Application Guidelines" and "Attachment 1" for application method, installation image and fee.

How to apply

　Please read the application guidelines carefully, fill out the “Naming Rights Partner Application Form” (Form 1), attach the required documents, and mail or bring it to General Affairs Department General Affairs Division.
　If an application is made, it is deemed that you have accepted the contents of the application guidelines and have agreed to comply with them.
