On July 25th (Sun), Shimonoseki Whale Summer School-Learning about whales, Shimonoseki Whale Summer School-" was held for elementary school students and parents living in the city at the I-206 classroom of the main building of the university, Shimonoseki City University, sponsored by Shimonoseki City University.

　After learning about the ecology of whales in a quiz format from Dr. Kishimoto, Dr. Whale, I learned about the relationship between Shimonoseki and whales. After the lecture, we toured the model of the mother ship on the first floor of Library and Study Center Building and the skull of the sardine whale. Elementary school students raised their hands to answer quizzes, talk about questions and impressions, and participated very actively.
　The elementary school students who participated learned a lot about "Whale" through this event. It was a hot day, but thank you very much for visiting the university. I hope it will be helpful for free research.
