◆Requirements (persons who meet all of the following 1 to 5)
- Meet the criteria for Class 2 scholarships (person, academic ability, household budget)
- Have not received a Type 2 scholarship loan at the time of recommendation
- Have not received a large amount of remittance from home (the amount of remittance is not more than 1.5 million yen per year)
- High proportion of part-time job income to living expenses and tuition expenses
- Part-time income of students decreased significantly due to the impact of the expansion of COVID-19 infection.
(In fiscal 2021, part-time job income decreased by more than 50% due to the expansion of COVID-19 infection. I couldn't earn the expected income because I didn't pay for my planned part-time job.)
