The first leadership training was held on Monday, December 21, 2020.

　Leadership training for student groups, circle leaders and subleaders, as well as accounting and general affairs staff, is conducted twice a year to learn about what is necessary for running club activities.

　This year, the first event was held online due to the influence of COVID-19, and this year, the organizers explained “Notes on Circle Accounting” and the student support group explained “Rules and Procedures for Circle Activities” using the online conference app.
　Currently, extracurricular activities are restricted at OIST, but I would like students to prepare for the resumption of their activities based on what they have learned through leadership training.

　The next Leadership Training is scheduled to be held in February.
