On October 14th (Wednesday), an open lecture "Informal Group and Management-Management of Official Organizations and Unofficial Organizations" was held online.

　Professor Yuji Kawano of Department of Public Management Faculty of Economics gave a detailed explanation of the dual structure of the official organization and the informal group, as well as detailed explanations with examples. Lectures were held online using Zoom, mainly in lecture format. The students listened eagerly, and some asked questions during the Q & A session. It was the first attempt to hold an online event, and unlike the usual face-to-face course, I think that there were some viewing environments and unfamiliar operations, but I was able to open the course safely without any major trouble.
