On August 23 (Tuesday), Kinoshita Transport Co., Ltd. and Yamaguchi Bank Co., Ltd. received a donation for "donation-type private placement bonds with Yamaguchi Bank Guarantee", and a donation presentation ceremony and a letter of appreciation ceremony were held.
　"Donation-type private placement bonds" are donated by the contracted Yamaguchi Bank to local governments, schools, etc. designated by the company according to the amount issued when a company issues private placement bonds. Kinoshita Transport has become a donation-type private placement bond issuer, and we have designated our university as a donation destination because we hope that it will help support students at Shimonoseki City University.
　At the ceremony, Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe, Director and Executive Officer, Head Office Sales Manager, Yamaguchi Bank, as the representative of the donor, gave a speech and explained the background of the issuance of private placement bonds. Next, Mr. Hidehide Kinoshita, President and CEO of Kinoshita Transport Co., Ltd., as a private placement bond issuer, gave a speech to the YAMAMURA Shigeaki Chair.
　After that, Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe and Mr. Hidehide Kinoshita gave a letter of appreciation to Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe and Mr. Hidehide Kinoshita, along with his appreciation for the designation of the University Yamamura and his appreciation for the donation that we would like to use it carefully to support students.
