About the First-Term Student
■ Application period: - Monday, November 21 17:00
■ Selection test: Document examination, written examination and interview examination

■ Determination of Dispatched Students: Around the fourth week of December
■ Application method for dispatched students
Please submit the following documents to International Exchange Center by the deadline.
- Application Guidelines for Study Abroad (English and Chinese)
- Application Form for Study Abroad (English, Chinese)
- Form No. 1 Attachment (Additional materials)
- Reason for Application for Dispatched Students (up to 800 characters)
- Self-recommendation (within 400 characters) ※See how to write “Reason for Application for Study Abroad” and “Self-recommendation”
- Documents to prove the required language level
(At the time of application, provisional acceptance is possible with the admission ticket for the qualification examination, but by 17:00 on November 21 (Mon)
It is necessary to submit a notification of the results. - Application for Study Abroad Permit
- Written pledge and consent for travel under the influence of COVID-19 infection
■ Notes
If you do not meet the following safety standards, the start date of study abroad may be postponed or canceled.
(1) Infectious disease risk information in the country where the partner school is located is "Level 1" or less.
(2) Safety can be confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' overseas safety information on COVID-19 infection and by country/region, new border measures for COVID-19 infection, and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's COVID-19 infection onemergency information website.
(3) Other unforeseen circumstances (terrorism, anxiety in countries with agreements, etc.) have not occurred.
