This time, the Shimonoseki Whale School-Terakoya Edition will be held, sponsored by Chofu Garden, co-hosted by Cable Net Shimonoseki Co., Ltd. (J: COM Shimonoseki) and Shimonoseki City University, and sponsored by the Shimonoseki City Board of Education.
This is a hands-on learning event for elementary school students living in Shimonoseki City. This is a classroom where you can learn about the ecology of whales and the culture related to whales from Dr. whales.
Parents can also participate, so we look forward to many applications.

[Participation fee] Free of charge
※Participants in this event are free of charge for admission to the Chofu Garden.
※Transportation expenses to the venue will be borne by the participants.
[Location] Chofu Garden Shoin, Whale Materials gallery space
[Target] Elementary school children living in Shimonoseki City and their parents
※Participation must be accompanied by a guardian (adults including grandparents)
[Capacity] 20 pairs each time
※In the case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held.
[Application deadline] Must arrive by Friday, September 30 (application must be made at J: COM Shimonoseki)
