On August 23 (Tuesday), Kinoshita Transport Co., Ltd. and Yamaguchi Bank Co., Ltd. received donations in connection with the consignment of "Donation-type Private Placement Bonds with Guarantee of Yamaguchi Bank", so we held a donation presentation ceremony and a certificate of appreciation ceremony.
　When a company issues a private placement bond, the “donation type private placement bond” is a donation to local governments, schools, etc. designated by the company according to the amount issued by the contracted Yamaguchi Bank. Kinoshita Transportation has been designated as a donation recipient because we hope to become a donation-type private placement bond issuer and to help students at Shimonoseki City University.
　At the ceremony, Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe, Director, Executive Officer, Head Office Sales Manager, Yamaguchi Bank, gave a greeting as a representative of the donor, and explained the background of the issuance of private placement bonds. Mr. Hidehide Kinoshita, President and Representative Director of Kinoshita Transportation as a private placement bond issuer, gave a speech to YAMAMURA Shigeaki Chair, Gifu University.
　Afterwards, a letter of appreciation was given to Yasuhiro Watanabe and Hidehide Kinoshita, along with his appreciation for the designation of the university from Yamamura, and his appreciation for using the donation carefully to support students.
