In China, dumplings are prized as auspicious food because they resemble the shape of silver in the Qing dynasty. It also means "Continuing, Suenaga Shi", and is eaten in the Chinese New Year in hope of longevity. Why don't you make authentic Chinese water dumplings with Chinese international students again this year?
