Article 32 of Shimonoseki City University Library of Shimonoseki City University Regulations
The University may open the library to citizens of Shimonoseki for academic research or research.
Those who can use it
- Person who has address in Shimonoseki-shi
- Person who has establishment in Shimonoseki-shi or person working in establishment in Shimonoseki-shi
- Other persons who have obtained the permission of the director in particular
- If you are outside the city, you can only use the museum on the day (only browsing and copying).
Necessary items for user registration (those whose current address can be confirmed)
- Driver's License
- Insurance card
- My number card
- Passport
- Junior high school students and high school students can also use a student handbook.
- Elementary school students and younger can use the building (only browsing and copying) with a guardian.

- Please refrain from using so-called reserved seats that do not use materials owned by the University.
Expiry date of user ID
It is valid until the end of the fiscal year (3/31).
Even if you continue to use it, it will be newly issued after April.

- The closing period is based on the academic year calendar of the university.
- When the opening hours are temporarily changed, we will notify you on notices and websites.
- You will not be able to enter the university from one week to the end of the regular examination. Only return books and new user IDs will be accepted.
Closed days
- Date of organizing the building (1st of every month) ※If the first day is a Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the next weekday, and if during the test period, the next weekday after the test is completed.
- Holidays, New Year's Holidays (December 28 to January 3)
- Days related to university festival and university entrance examination

- When the museum is closed temporarily, it will be announced on the bulletin board and website.

- There is no parking lot for library users on campus. Please use nearby parking or public transportation.
- If you need to come by car for unavoidable reasons, please contact the library in advance.
