Precautions for Use of Electronic Resources

For the use of electronic resources such as e-journals and databases, the publisher provides the terms and conditions for licensing. In general, the following items are strictly prohibited at any provider.

• A large amount of downloads in a short period of time, or downloads using programs, etc., beyond the scope of personal use.
• Use for personal academic research and purposes other than education.
• Copy, modify, redistribute, resale, etc. of downloaded content.
• Infringing copyrights or other property rights.

• ※If an act that violates the terms of use, such as excessive access or mass download, is detected, the entire university may be subject to penalties such as suspension of use or cancellation of the contract. We ask for your cooperation in the proper use of electronic journals and databases.
• ※In some cases, the "link pre-reading function" of the web browser causes large downloads / large access unintentionally. In the "Link Pre-Reading Function", access to links in the page is repeated in the background while browsing the page. Therefore, even if you intend to use it normally, there are cases where it is unintentionally regarded as a large-scale access / large-scale download. When using electronic resources, please pay attention to the browser settings.
