On June 27, 2018 (Wednesday), an open lecture entitled "Achieving the International Framework for Climate Change Mitigation: Responsibility for Future Generations and Meaning of the Paris Agreement" was held at the I-201 classroom of the main building of the University of Tokyo.
Associate Professor SUGA Masashi of Department of Public Management Faculty of Economics gave an explanation of the meaning of the Paris Agreement, an international framework for global warming countermeasures from 2020 onwards, and how to think about responsibility for future generations. The participants listened enthusiastically. In addition, there were people who asked questions after the end of the course, and it was a very fulfilling course.
