On June 27, 2016 (Monday), at the I-201 classroom of the main building of the university "Let's establish a corporation!" "Speaking of the Companies Act" has been opened.
　Professor Kanako Kubo of Department of International Commerce Faculty of Economics gave an overview of the characteristics of a corporation based on comparison with sole proprietors, and gave practical talks on the important types of shares and procedures for establishing a corporation. Participants also asked detailed questions, indicating a high level of interest.

In the 2016 Civic University Open Lecture (Spring Semester), there are still courses that can be applied for, so we look forward to the participation of many citizens.
