Leadership training was held.

Leadership training was held on February 12, 2015 (Thursday), and about 50 leaders from the circle participated.

This training is to learn about the power needed by a circle leader.
This time, with the theme of "Exciting and exciting teaching techniques to become a leader", Professor Akito Yamagata of Iwakuni Junior College will be invited as a lecturer to learn about leadership in a hands-on manner while incorporating work using the body. did.

It is important for the leaders who manage the group to be "obedient", and "becoming honest" means connecting and finding important things to the other person. I also learned about "seeing" and "kiku", the importance of non-linguistic communication, the specific contents for "communication" and how to speak out. Through work using my body, I was able to deepen my learning and finish the training with a smile.

The students who participated said, "I want to make use of this training to improve my team." "I enjoyed learning." "I'm relieved to see that there are many other friends who overcome the hardships together."

I hope that this training will further revitalize circle activities and lead to a fulfilling university life.
