During the lunch break on October 2, 2013 (Wednesday), a workshop was held on the theme of "alcohol and mental health." 39 representatives of circles and student groups participated, with a mental health welfare counselor at Shimonoseki City Shimonoseki Public Health Center as a lecturer.

　Students learned basic knowledge of alcohol, proper drinking, understanding of the dangers of alcohol for minors, alcohol harassment, etc. In addition, the recent introduction of the fatal accident case related to drinking by university students showed that they listened with a serious expression and tightened their feelings so as not to cause dangerous things. Participants will bring back what they have learned and share it with each circle.
