On March 21 (Thursday) and 22 (Friday), 2013, a career training camp was held at Genkai Youth House (Kitakyushu City). This training camp was implemented as part of the 2012 Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's “Education Improvement and Enhancement System Development Project to Meet the Needs of Industry”. The purpose is to improve students' self-understanding and improve leadership and communication skills.

　 On the first day, the Genkai Adventure Education Program was held. In the first half, we played a game to measure communication between participants, and in the second half, we played a problem solving game outdoors. In the evening, we conducted a basic skills test for members of society and conducted a commentary session, and were able to grasp the necessary skills as a member of society and the power that is not enough now. I think that this experience can be used in my future student life.

On the second day, we conducted a team building training program. After conducting a mock press conference and deepening mutual understanding, we conducted practical training on problem solving and communication training to create a team.
