Date and time: Wednesday, June 7, 2017 12:20 to 13:00

Location: Ⅰ-206 Classroom (2nd floor of Building I, Main Building)

Target: Students who have decided to hire appointments who have submitted (entered) their enrollment notice during the period from April 9 to April 24.
　　　　※ The student ID number is posted on the scholarship bulletin board on campus.

Bringing items: Student ID card and writing instruments

Contents: Distribution of scholarship student certificates, scholarship student bookmarks, and return pledges, and explanation of future procedures.

　　　　※Students who have submitted (entered) the enrollment notice after April 25 and are enrolled.
　　　　　For students, a briefing session will be held on a separate schedule.
