Date and time: Wednesday, May 24, 2017 12:20 to 13:00

Location: A-301 Classroom (3rd floor of Lecture Building A)

Target: Students who have submitted (entered) a notice of enrollment by April 8 among those who have decided to recruit reservations.
　　　　※ The student ID number is posted on the scholarship bulletin board on campus.

Bringing items: Student ID card and writing instruments

Contents: Distribution of scholarship student certificates, scholarship student bookmarks, and return pledges, and explanation of future procedures.

　　※For students who have submitted (entered) a notice of enrollment on or after April 9, a briefing will be held on a separate schedule.
