Student Center Application Guide
The University has established the SCU Student Hall and Hikarigaoka Heights B Building, which are mainly intended for the residence of new students. If you wish to move in, please complete the application procedure. If you have any questions or questions regarding the application procedure, please contact the Student Support Group.
*Please refer to "Overview of Student Hall" for details on the number of applicants and usage fees.
Note 1) You can download the “Application for moving in” and “Personal Record for moving in” from the link below.
Note 2) We cannot accept applications with incomplete documents or applications that have passed the deadline.
Note 3) The period of stay is one year in principle.
Description
(1) Eligibility
Those who wish to move in due to the economic circumstances of the household to which the student belongs.
(2) Documents to be submitted
A. Application for moving in
B. Inhabitant's personal record
C. Documents certifying the income of parents (father / mother) or dependents who bear the financial resources
(If parents have income, be sure to attach an income certificate of both parents.)

D. Reply envelope (for notification of selection results)
The postal code, address, and name of the applicant are entered on the envelope of Long No. 3, and an 82 yen stamp is attached.

The results of the selection will be announced on the website and by mail.
Note 2) Even if you are a candidate for the medium-term schedule and wish to move in, please complete the procedure during the above “submission period” before the announcement of the pass.

(5) Selection method
Residents are selected based on a comprehensive judgment on the economic situation of the student, whether or not to go to school, family status, etc.
(In order of application, it is not a lottery.)
