#ScholarshipsReturn of scholarships after graduation and various procedures (Notice)
The scholarships of the Japan Student Services Organization are loaned by you during your university enrollment and must be returned after graduation. The returned scholarship is immediately loaned as a junior scholarship, and if the return is not carried out smoothly, it will seriously hinder the junior scholarship loan. Please understand the mechanism of this system, which can only be achieved by fulfilling your responsibilities as a scholar, and be sure to return it as promised.
[Return of scholarships]
Return start (first transfer date) is October 27, 2016 (Thursday).
It will be automatically transferred from the registered relay account.
Please check the financial institutions registered in advance.
Also, please be careful not to make the transfer impossible due to insufficient balance etc.
[About various procedures]
If there is any change in the information (address, work place, telephone number, etc.) entered in the return pledge, please notify the Japan Student Services Organization using the prescribed form or a dedicated website (Scalarnet Personal). If you do not report the change, you may be in trouble, such as not receiving important notices from the Japan Student Services Organization.
[Notes]
①Please note that if the refund is delayed due to insufficient balance or non-submission of notification, etc., it will be overdue and a late payment fee will be charged.
②If you continue to be in arrears, your personal information will be registered with the "Personal Credit Information Authority", and you may not be able to set up credit card usage restrictions, mortgage loans, etc.
