Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Scholarship Program 2016

A briefing will be held as follows, so please be sure to attend if you wish.

1.Target person
　Those who wish to lend scholarships from FY2016
　※If you are a new student and have already made a reservation at a high school, etc., you will be hired from 14:30.
　　Please attend the briefing session.

2.Date and time
　Monday, April 4, 2016 13:30-14:30

3.Venue
　B-303 Classroom (3rd floor of Lecture Block B)

4.Required documents
　(1)For those who wish to receive scholarships (booklet)
　(2)Student ID card
　※New students will be distributed during the placement test that will be held on the morning of the day.
　　Don't forget to bring it with you.
　※Those who wish to borrow should read "For those who wish to receive a scholarship for 2016 (booklet)" carefully.
　　Please submit the documents to the Student Support Group by the deadline.

5.Submission deadline
　　17:00 on Friday, May 6, 2016

6.Application documents
　(1)Confirmation Form and Consent Form for Handling Personal Credit Information
　(2)Scalar Net Input Form (original + Copy)
　(3)Student's resident card (original + copy)
　(4)Proof of income (both father and mother)
　(5)A copy of the passbook (cover, etc.) of the scholarship transfer account (* On page 11 of the scalar net input form)
　　　Paste it.)
　(6)High school transcript (first-year students only)
　(7)Proof of special deduction (only applicable persons)
　(8)Application documents for special increase loan scholarship at the time of admission (only for applicants)
