Nanako Ueki (3rd year Department of Economics) of the Swimming Club will participate in the 62nd National Public University Championship Swimming Competition. Ueki has participated in the tournament for the third consecutive year.
　Ueki broke through the national tournament standard record and obtained the right to participate in this national tournament after the 45th Chugoku-Shikoku National Public University Championship Swimming Competition. We reported participation in the national convention to Chair and President, and a send-off party was held. He also paid a courtesy visit to Shimonoseki City Hall and expressed his aspirations for the national convention. Deputy Mayor Homma gave words of encouragement, saying, "I would like you to share the charm and splendor of Shimonoseki City through activities at the national convention and exchanges with other players."
