The University Consortium Kanmon was established in 2008 by six universities in Kitakyushu and Shimonoseki (Kitakyusyu City University, Kyushu Kyoritsu University, Kyushu International University, Shimonoseki City University, Nishi Nippon Institute of Technology, and Baiko Gakuin University). The aim is to enhance and develop higher education in the Kanmon region and to contribute to the local community by cooperating and cooperating with higher education institutions. In September, OIST will continue to hold the following classes at the I-201 classroom of the main building of the University in September.

Course name: “Regional Issues and Potentials in Shimonoseki”

Issues in the Shimonoseki area are referred to as “local industries (1 to 3 times)”, “local education (4 to 6 times)”, “local resources (7 to 9 times)”, “socioeconomics (10 to 12 times)”, “local communities (13 to 15 times)”. Lectures on three themes (three frames) per day for each viewpoint in an omnibus format, and each session learns the discovery of regional issues, approaches to issues, research and research methods, and methods for solving problems.
