 The University Consortium Kanmon was established in 2008 by six universities in Kitakyushu and Shimonoseki (Kitakyusyu City University, Kyushu Kyoritsu University, Kyushu International University, Shimonoseki City University, Nishi Nippon Institute of Technology, and Baiko Gakuin University). The aim is to enhance and develop higher education in the Kanmon region and to contribute to the local community by cooperating and cooperating with higher education institutions.
