Akira Yamaguchi (3rd year Department of Public Management) and Masaya Kudo (3rd year Department of International Commerce) of the Shorinji Kempo Club achieved excellent results at the 41st Yamaguchi Prefecture Shorinji Kempo Tournament held on June 2, and will participate in the 2013 Shorinji Kempo World Tournament in Osaka, Japan.

　Shorinji Kempo Club will participate in the national tournament part of this tournament. The top prizewinners are also allowed to participate in the next day's World Games.

　In addition, the department worked hard under the guidance of university OBs and has achieved excellent results in many tournaments so far, and will participate in the national tournament for the second consecutive year.

　Yamaguchi and Kudo reported their participation in the national tournament to Chair and President, and a send-off party was also held. He is expected to play an active role in national competitions. Thank you very much for your support.
