　(1)"Notice of Decision on Candidates for Recruitment of Scholarship Students 2015"
　(2)"Draft Form for Enrollment Notification" (Please fill in all)
　　※Enclosed in "2015 Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for Universities".
　(3)A copy of the bankbook (cover, etc.) of the scholarship transfer account
　　　(You can confirm the bank name, branch name, account number, and account name)
　(4)“Notice of Approval of Change in Registration Details for Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for Universities in 2015” (only applicable)

●About special increase loan scholarship at the time of admission
　"Specially Increased Loan Scholarship at Admission (Required Report)" in the "Notice of Decision on Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for Universities in 2015"
Or, those who are listed as "Special Loan Scholarship at the time of admission (required procedures for the Japan Finance Corporation)" must be eligible.
Be sure to submit the following documents (i) to (iii) at the briefing. If you are unable to submit it, you will receive a special loan at the time of admission.
Please decline the scholarship. 　

　(i) Not being able to use the “National Education Loan” of the Japan Finance Corporation (declaration)
　(ii) A copy of the Japan Finance Corporation’s “Application for National Education Loan Loan (Customer Copy)”
　(iii) A copy of the notice issued by the Japan Finance Corporation stating that the loan cannot be made.
