As part of the “Project for Developing Autonomous Professionals that Create Local Power” adopted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2012 for the “Education Improvement and Enhancement System Development Project to Meet the Needs of Industry”, the Career Formation Symposium “Career Education” Problems and Practices of Local Universities Thinking from Lilies ”.
This symposium invited Professor Koichiro Komikawa, a leading expert in career education theory, and Professor Motohiko Hirao, who is familiar with recruitment and career education at local universities, to think about what career education should be conducted by local universities.
