Kyushu University's Kyudo Club, Rubber Baseball Club, and Soft Tennis Club will participate in the national tournament.
After the "2018 National Student Kyudo Championships Individual Qualifying" held on June 16, 2018 (Saturday), the Kyudo Club won the right to participate in the "66th All Japan Student Kyudo Championship".
The club has participated in the national tournament for the third consecutive year, and has also participated in the national tournament in the past. During the tournament, qualifying and finals will also be held during the tournament, and the Kyudo Club will participate in both boys and girls.
The Rubber Baseball Club won the “2018 West Japan Student Rubber Baseball Spring I Club League” held from May 14 (Mon) to 18 (Fri), and participated in the “41st All Japan Student Rubber Baseball Championship”. I won the right to participate.
From the soft tennis club, at the 62nd China Student Soft Tennis Championship held from May 2 (Wed) to 6 (Sun), we won the top 16, which is the requirement for selection of national tournament participation, and "The 73rd Prince Mikasa Cup All Japan Student Soft Tennis Championship ".
Seven players from the Kyudo Club, Rubber Baseball Club, and Soft Tennis Club visited Shimonoseki City Hall on Wednesday, July 25 and reported their participation in the national tournament to Deputy Mayor Miki.
In addition, a send-off party was held on August 6, and a prize money from the university for participation in national competitions was given by Chair.
